Bob Moore, BBA, was one of five individuals inducted into the Convention Industry Council’s Hall of Leaders. Moore serves as the executive vice president of corporate sales for Freeman, a company that produces face-to-face marketing events for clients by providing resources for expositions, corporate events, conventions and exhibit programs around the globe.

Ed Crenshaw, BBA, has been named chief executive officer of Publix Super Markets, Inc. Crenshaw, grandson of company founder George Jenkins, has 33 years of experience at Publix, most recently as president.

D. August Boto, BBA, has been appointed executive vice president of the Southern Baptist Convention’s Executive Committee. Boto has served as the Executive Committee’s vice president of convention policy and general counsel since 1998.
1975
James M. Davis, BBA, was selected among the 2007 “Who’s Who of politicians, business leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, and physicians” in Memphis City Magazine. Davis is director and chief financial officer of the Stanford Financial Group.
Godfrey Sullivan, BBA, has joined the board of directors of Informatica Corporation, a leading enterprise data integration software provider. Sullivan, a director at Citrix System, Inc., was previously president and chief executive officer of Hyperion Solutions.

Paul Foster, BBA, has been appointed to a six-year term on The University of Texas System Board of Regents by Governor Rick Perry. Foster is president and chief executive officer of Western Refining, Inc.
1980
Mark McCollum, BBA, who joined Halliburton in 2003, has assumed the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer. McCollum was previously senior vice president and chief accounting officer on the executive management team in Houston.
Al Palamara, MBA, has been named vice president and portfolio manager of opportunistic investment assets at Behringer Harvard, a commercial real estate company. Palamara recently served as senior vice president of Lexington Realty Trust.

Jerry V. Elliott, BBA, has been named chief financial officer of Cengage Learning, a print and digital information services company based in Stamford, Conn. Elliott has extensive senior executive experience, most recently as president and CEO of Global Signal.

Mark Haushill, BBA, has been appointed chief executive officer and member of the board of directors at North American Insurance Leaders, Inc., a special purpose acquisition company. Haushill was formerly interim chief financial officer of Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd.

Rebecca Barksdale, BBA, received the 2007 John Ben Shepperd Local Leader Award. Barksdale, marketing director of Allen Samuels Auto Group, was honored at the organization’s 23rd annual Texas Leadership Forum in Austin.

Todd Roberson, BBA, has been named president and chief executive officer of South Texas Children’s Home in Beeville. Roberson has worked in administration at South Texas Children’s Home for 15 years and most recently served as interim president.
1991
Blane Bauch, BBA, has been named a senior vice president of ServiceLink’s national account team. Bauch will manage national and regional accounts for ServiceLink, a leading origination and default services provider and national mortgage services platform of Fidelity National Financial.
Marc Zimmermann, BBA, has been named chief financial officer of American Physicians Service Group, Inc. Zimmermann most recently served as chief financial officer of insurance operations at APS, an Austin-based insurance and financial services firm.

William D. Dillon, MBA, has been named senior vice president of Brown & Gray Engineers. Dillon will oversee statewide expansion at the Houston-based company.
